JIGO.AI Inc. ("JIGO," "we," "us," or "our") operates JIGO's office-search technology, including its website, AI-assisted research, dashboards, communication tools, and project coordination services. JIGO is a technology company and is not a real estate brokerage.

Real estate brokerage services are provided separately by Ryan Lee through eXp Commercial or by another appropriately licensed brokerage provider. Ryan Lee is a real estate broker in Washington (WA DOL #25013499) and a real estate salesperson in California (CA DRE #02443404) and Georgia (GA GREC #453244). JIGO licenses its technology to Ryan in exchange for licensing fees. This Privacy Policy governs JIGO's handling of personal information. A brokerage provider may provide a separate privacy notice governing its handling of information.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

  • Contact and company information: Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and other details you provide when requesting office options, scheduling a call, or communicating with JIGO.
  • Office-search information: Location, team size, budget, lease term, timing, workplace preferences, and other requirements submitted through our services.
  • Renewal information: Renewal notices, lease details, coworking-provider information, and related communications submitted through our services or sent to renewal@jigo.work.
  • Communications: Messages, attachments, feedback, and other information you provide when communicating with JIGO or using our communication tools.
  • Technical and analytics information: IP address, device and browser details, referring pages, pages visited, clicks, scrolling, and similar session interactions. We may collect this information through cookies and session-replay or analytics technologies.

We may also receive information from brokerage providers, landlords, coworking operators, scheduling providers, and other parties involved in fulfilling your request.

2. How JIGO Uses Information

JIGO may use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve its technology and user experience.
  • Research and organize office or coworking options and generate reports and dashboards.
  • Check whether a request contains the information needed to begin a search.
  • Manage communications, deliver updates, and facilitate introductions.
  • Process renewal requests and connect users with licensed brokerage providers.
  • Prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and users.

JIGO does not use this information to represent you as a real estate broker or negotiate a real estate transaction. When brokerage services are requested, those activities are performed by the licensed brokerage provider.

3. AI Processing

Information included in a search request may be processed by JIGO's AI service providers to understand requirements, identify missing details, conduct research, and organize results. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information that is not needed for your office request.

4. How We Share Information

We may share relevant information with:

  • Brokerage providers: Ryan Lee, eXp Commercial, or another appropriately licensed brokerage provider when you request an introduction, tour, renewal, negotiation, or other brokerage assistance.
  • Landlords and coworking operators: To identify availability, request options, or otherwise facilitate your request. Negotiations and licensed representation are handled by the brokerage provider.
  • Service providers: Hosting, email, AI, analytics, security, and other vendors that support our technology and process information on our behalf.
  • Legal, safety, and business transfers: When required by law, necessary to protect rights or safety, or connected with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets.

JIGO does not sell personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. Google User Data (Gmail)

If you connect Gmail to JIGO's coworking email-forwarding feature, JIGO requests read-only Gmail access (gmail.readonly) solely to identify messages from approved coworking-provider domains and forward matching messages to your designated brokerage provider. We do not read, use, store, or share unrelated mail.

  • What we access: Incoming messages only as needed to identify matching messages and forward their subject, body, and attachments.
  • What we store: Encrypted Google authorization tokens and limited metadata, such as message ID, sender, and subject, needed to prevent duplicate forwarding.
  • How we share it: Matching messages are delivered only to the brokerage provider you designate.
  • What we do not do: We do not use Google user data for advertising, resale, credit assessment, or unrelated profiling. Humans do not read messages except when necessary to provide the feature with your consent, protect security, or comply with law.
  • Revoking access: You may disconnect the integration through your JIGO account or revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

JIGO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

6. Cookies and Analytics

We may use cookies, analytics, and session-replay technologies to understand site usage and improve performance. These providers process information under their own terms and their agreements with JIGO. You may limit cookies through your browser settings, although some features may be affected.

7. Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Brokerage providers may have separate record-retention obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of certain processing. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Send privacy requests to hi@jigo.work.

9. Children

JIGO's services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and will publish the revised effective date on this page. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
